Terms of order

In accordance with the Tourism Services Regulations (Duty of Proper Disclosure), 5764-2003 and in accordance
with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 and regulations under this Law

Important

You must sign this order agreement, and return it signed to Eaterwell Ltd., PO Box 25144, Haifa, H.P. 513930230. Until the receipt of this agreement is signed by the customer, the order is not valid and the airline company is not liable to the customer.

By signing the agreement you declare that you have read and understood all the terms of the agreement as they appear in this agreement and these terms are acceptable to you. The parties declare that any prior agreement or summary of things both verbally and in writing is void. This agreement constitutes the full terms of the contract between the parties and there are no other terms other than them. The customer is aware that this agreement is a conditional agreement and will enter into force and be binding on the parties, only if two conditions are met, only if approval is obtained from Aitrevel Ltd. from the holiday providers (including the air carrier, hotels, event ticket providers, etc.), and only if approval is received Credit card company or full payment by bank transfer for the execution of the transaction in the name of the customer. Receipt of an invoice or receipt from our company will be an indication of the approval of the transaction.

The actual customer or passenger undertakes that in any case in which he or she is requested to make a change in the tourist services ordered for any reason, after signing this agreement, the customer or passenger will be obligated to pay the cost of the changes to Airwell.

Permisions

I, the holder of the credit card whose details are listed below, hereby certify the validity of the transaction and the billing of invoices using the above card, and therefore undertake that this transaction will not be denied by and / or by any of the passengers registered in the transaction.

I know that it is mandatory to arrive at the airport 3 (three) hours before the flight time abroad due to security requirements. Domestic flights must arrive two hours before the flight date.

Passport

General Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to obtain a passport valid for at least six (6) months, from the date of departure from the country, with appropriate entry visas (visas) and also to indicate to Etherwell if he has a non-Israeli passport. It is the customers‘ responsibility to check the exact spelling details and make sure that the spelling is the same as the spelling in their passport before signing the order form. It is clarified that in respect of a name change or spelling update, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee or a change payment, according to the supplier’s laws. For the avoidance of doubt it will be clarified that any provision of this agreement in relation to the customer is valid and will also apply to any passenger included in the transaction.

The Flights

The flights may be charter, low-cost or scheduled flights and therefore their details are not final and may change, including in terms of their dates, route and flight carrier details as well as the airline and flight numbers. The responsibility for delays, changes and cancellations is, according to any law, on the air carrier .

Airtravel is not updated in real time regarding changes to the schedule of each flight and therefore the customer must verify the exact flight hours 24 hours before the flight date. Connection flights are booked with the approval of the airline according to the rules of the airport’s stopover. In the event of a missed connecting flight as a result of a delay or delay, or change of schedule, Airtravel will not been any responsibility. It is hereby clarified that the airline is responsible for resolving this situation at its sole discretion.

Attention is drawn to the flight details updated on the flight ticket and to the general conditions attached to it and which are binding on the carrier. However, in exceptional cases of overbooking by airlines (which is allowed by the airlines and which is not under the control of the organizers) a single passenger or part of a group of passengers will be forced to fly on a different flight. Orders for a kosher and vegetarian meal on the flight and any other dietary requirement are a request only and Eitravel does not undertake and will not be responsible for the unsatisfaction of the order. For the sake of fair disclosure, some airlines do not provide a meal during the flight and provide a meal and drinks for a fee only. Some airlines require early registration for the flight (electronic check-in) and charge a fee for registration at the airport. The customer or passengers are asked to make the registration for the flight if they wish to avoid additional payments at the airport. Some airlines charge an additional fee for luggage sent to the belly of the aircraft and for excess weight in the baggage sent or by hand luggage or for large quantities of luggage. It is the responsibility of the customer and passengers to be updated in advance, with the airline or with Airport on these costs and conditions. Seating on flights is done by the airline and under its sole responsibility, sometimes for an additional fee and all this without consulting Airport and the passengers.

A request from the customer for flight changes and cancellation and name changes will be charged according to the supplier’s terms.

Infants up to the age of two are not entitled to a seat on the flight, but sit on their parents or their flight attendants. It is possible on regular flights to book a crib based on availability only. Waterwell does not guarantee that babies will sit in the crib on flights.
