    מעונה הרשמי של משפחת המלוכה הבריטית הוא אחד מארמונות המלוכה הפעילים האחרונים שנותרו בעולם. הארמון משמש גם כמשרדה של המלכה וכן כמפקדה המנהלתית הראשית של מוסד המלוכה. ידוע כי כאשר הדגל מתנופף מעל הצריח, זהו סימן שהמלכה שוהה במקום. בהיותו מעונה של משפחת המלוכה המפוארת בעולם – ניתן רק לתאר את העושר וההדר של המקום.
    בארמון תוכלו לסייר בין החדרים הראשיים, חדרי האירוח המעוטרים וחדרי הכתר, כמו גם לבקר בגלריית המלכה, שבה תערוכות ציורים מתחלפות מהאוסף הפרטי של משפחת המלוכה. שתי אטרקציות מיוחדות נוספות הן תצוגת המתנות המיוחדות אותן קיבלה המלכה אליזבת במהלך השנים וביקור בגני הארמון היפהפיים. כבר בכניסה לארמון תוכלו להתפעם מאולם הכניסה המפואר ומגרם המדרגות בעל המעקה המוזהב. כשתמשיכו בסיור תפרש מעליכם תקרת זכוכית יפיפייה, שמפיצה בארמון אור טבעי. לאחר מכן צפוי לכם ביקור בחדרי האירוח המלכותיים, המשמשים למסיבות תה סוערות של בני בית המלוכה, ובחדרים היסטוריים בהם התארחו שועי עולם, דוגמת הצאר ניקולאי הראשון. אחת מנקודות השיא של הסיור היא אולם הכס המלכותי, בו תוכלו לראות את הכס המרשים של המלכה והנסיך פיליפ ואת חדר ההסבה הלבן המרתק, בו קיימים מעברים סודיים מאחורי מראות וספריות למילוט מהיר של בני משפחת המלוכה בעת הצורך. האורוות המלכותיות ותצוגת הכרכרות הן אטרקציה מעניינת נוספת בהמשך הדרך, וכאן תוכלו להתרשם מהכרכרה המלכותית המוזהבת, עליה התלוננה המלכה ויקטוריה שהיא מגמדת אותה בשל גודלה העצום. כמובן שגם כרכרת הזכוכית המשמשת את הכלות המלכותיות (קייט מידלטון לדוגמא) ומכוניות השרד של בית המלוכה מוצגים במקום.
